All live animal purchases / deposits through King Rottweilers are NON-Refundable
If you can no longer care for your live animal, have a signed contract and have followed it:
If we have room, we will take the animal back so long as they are up to date on all their shots, not on any medication and have not seen a vet for medical issues in the last 60 days.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Live Animals
- Goods or Services bought through the affiliate link(s)
- Goods or Service no purchased through this website
- Perishable items such as but not limited to treats, food, drinks, etc.
To complete your return, we require a signed contract as your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Every item / service we offer is currently concerned NON-Refundable
All refunds are at the sole discretion of the breeder who produced your live animal.
Exchanges
Since you are purchasing a live animal; exchanges are on a case by case basis.
All other goods will be at the sole discretion of the vendor you made your purchase from. We accept no responsibility for their customer service and or products.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All returned items buy be trackable, we do NOT guarantee we will receive your item.
