Puppy Deposits

Puppy Reservation Policy:(Required)

I / We Agree to these terms

A $500.00 payment is required for a puppy reservation. This payment covers the service of your purchase which includes all phone and email correspondence. Along with the care of your puppy for up to the first 8 weeks. This payment is NOT considered payment for a puppy; however will be deducted from the purchase price upon completion.

Reservations may be transferred to different litter as needed or any time BEFORE the puppies are born without penalty. Reservations are valid for one year from the date of original invoice. Reservations may be transferred between litters at the breeders need in the event the puppy of your sex is not available on the litter you reserved for. Any and all deposits / payments are non-refundable.

By submitting a payment, you understand all payments are non-refundable, you understand you will be required to sign a puppy contract before receiving your puppy. Refusal to sign said contract for ANY reason, making threats of legal action, charge backs or unprofessional behavior will result in a forfeiture for any and all payments made on your purchase.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Washington State. Any and all legal filings / actions must be filed in Spokane County District Court, located in Spokane Washington.

WE ARE LOCATED IN WASHINGTON STATE

If you plan on flying to Spokane to pick up your puppy: We have noticed over the last year the airlines are NOT allowing you to bring your puppy into the cabin and requiring you to ship your puppy as cargo.

Therefore it is best you plan on your puppy to be shipped.

Once you take your puppy out of our location we CANNOT come to the airport and pick your puppy up so you do not miss your flight.

Let this serve as your warning that you are fully aware your puppy may be denied in cabin services.
